As if the bad mental health days Ive been having wernt enough.
This afternoon Claytons cousin killed himself. Turned on the engine of his car and locked himself in the garage.
He leaves behind a wife and 5 year old daughter.
He had pretty much the life that Clayton wished he had.
Shock doesnt cover the whole of how we feel.

My heart goes out to his family, children and friend. It times like these we should be thankful for those who we love and are loved by.
